Partnerships FAQ

Who do you typically work with?
We work with private client advisors, lifestyle managers, family offices, private banks, elite coaches, and trusted individuals who have close relationships with ultra-high-net-worth families.
Do I need a contract to refer clients?
No contract is required for informal introductions. However, we offer formal agreements for concierge firms, family offices, or partners who prefer clarity around commission, branding, or data protection.
How much commission do you offer?
Commission begins at 10% of revenue per confirmed booking, depending on the retreat tier and group size. Payment is prompt and transparent.
How involved do I need to be?
Very little. You introduce the client — we take care of the rest, including planning, communication, and execution. You're kept in the loop only as much as you’d like to be.
Will I lose visibility once I refer someone?
Not at all. We protect the relationship. You’ll be credited for the referral and can stay involved as needed. Our role is to enhance your value to the client — not replace it.
Can you co-brand the experience?
Yes. We offer discreet co-branding and white-label options for selected partners. We can also provide branded decks, visuals, and messaging for your client presentations.
Is this exclusive?
Absolutely. HOYE is strictly referral-only. We work with a small number of clients and partners to ensure every experience remains rare and bespoke.
What locations do you cover?
We currently operate across Europe — including France, Italy, Croatis, and Greece. We’re continually expanding, with Bali set to be our latest destination. If you have a specfic destination in mind, we can make it work for your client.
How do I make a referral?
You can email us directly, introduce us via your client’s PA, or request a private access pack to forward. We’ll handle everything from there — discreetly and professionally.
